Juli Halton MRCSA is the Owner/Director of GBS Recruitment.
Juli started GBS Recruitment as Gippsland Business Support Pty Ltd in 1994 after recognising the need for a private recruitment company in the Gippsland area.

Juli's career covers senior roles in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.

Her areas of expertise are recruitment, sales, marketing, public relations and leadership and she has attained Accredited Recruitment Professional standard through the Recruitment & Consulting Services Association of which the agency is a Corporate Member.

Juli is a hands on Recruiter/Manager with a passion for results.  Juli is involved in the local community via a variety of organisations and is often called upon to speak at both formal and informal gatherings where Recruitment is the subject.

Michelle is our newest team member to join GBS Recruitment, having commenced in April 2010.

Originally from Warragul, Michelle has returned to the Gippsland area with 10yrs Recruitment experience behind her. Michelle prides herself on delivering exceptional Service to both Clients and Candidates.

Having recruited in all areas of Business Support across many industries and levels and with time also spent recruiting in the Industrial Sector, Michelle is looking forward to contributing and adding to the success of GBS Recruitment.

Originally from Bairnsdale, Adrian has returned to Gippsland bringing with him over 10 years experience in recruitment.

Adrian has recruited for major nationals and multinationals in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth including time spent running his own consultancy which has given him vast experience in management.  Adrian's recruiting background covers roles across the board from business support through to executive placements.

Adrian chases the best result for all his clients and candidates and is prepared to look outside the square to achieve his outcomes.

Robert has over 12 years Recruitment experience from both the UK and Melbourne, primarily in the Education & Health Sectors. Robert moved back permanently to Australia in October 2009 with his family, as his wife is originally from the Gippsland area.

He worked for a short while at a Government Employment Agency before joining GBS Recruitment in January 2010.

Robert has extensive experience from three different recruitment companies, as both a Senior Consultant and Business Manager, and is looking forward to bringing some fresh and innovative ideas to GBS Recruitment. Robert has recently become an Accredited Professional Recruiter with the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.

Carolyn has always lived and worked in the Gippsland area and she has a vast knowledge of what this region has to offer.

Her career experience has covered Retail Sales, Administration, Client Service, Small Business, Real Estate & Trade Marketing through to Agricultural Industries and Management. She has a very strong belief in the best Client Service and is driven to ensure that her Clients have her full attention and her Candidates have the best possible support available at all times.

Originally from the Gippsland Region, Rodney has spent the last 10 years working in the areas of Human Resources, Sales and Recruitment in Brisbane.  Rodney's experience covers a vast range of industries such as Corrections, Banking and Finance, Administration, Call centre and Government.

Rodney joined GBS Labour Hire in July 2009 and has applied his experience to the local industrial workforce throughout the Gippsland Region.
